“Great first stop”
Brierley Hill was a great choice for the first night of our honeymoon. A MUCH better value than the not-so-far-away Charleston area - and try the champagne & chocolates package - outstanding! Ken and Joyce have a very well maintained and appointed home in a beautiful setting. They were friendly and helpful yet unobtrusive hosts during our stay. Breakfast was great and they even took a picture of us on the front porch afterwards with Daisy their very friendly - and non-barking - golden. We WILL be back for a longer anniversary getaway - to once again enjoy the natural beauty and peace of this Inn. Nothing like leaving the bathroom curtains wide open so you can see the deer running through the hills in the morning!
Room Tip: The 'Once Upon a Time' room is a romantic setting with a great curtained canopy bed with rich burgundy colored linens and has outstanding long-range views. Get this or a room facing toward the open field out front if one is available!
